We feel the packages should get you started, but we give you the choice to add any other services you think would benefit your investment property in its particular market. You can add any option below to any package at the price specified.
We'll Build you an affordable cutsomized starter website (much like the one you are on) - (1 Property Maximum 5 Pages) You supply the photos & information - you'll contract with the webhosting company - (see their hosting prices for details) - we'll set it up - you pay them the monthly fees.

Property Surprise Inspections when property is not supposed to be occupied: Do you have a concern your villa is being occupied and you are not aware of it? We know you may be out of the area of your villas location and we can help! We'll go to the property, knock on the door and make sure it is not being occupied and notify you of our findings, if nobody answers we'll enter with your approval and check on things, we'll even call your designated telephone from your villa telephone. Call us for inspection details. fee is per inspection
Have you ordered a computer or high speed wireless for your villa rental? We'll set them both up for you. The price for set up of each item is market below. If you need both set up please select the number of items you would like set up. The price below is: $50.00 for computer set up and $50.00 for wireless set up.
Photos of your property:
Are the Photos of your property outdated and you need new ones? We'll go to your property and take quality digital photos of your villa. Scheduling with your management will be required. We'll take photos of every room and exterior with pool.

Games Room Set Up:
We'll set up your Foozeball, Air-Hockey, Pool Table and Dart Board once your equipment has been delivered to your rental. Fee is for our 1st visit to your property. Please note, if any or all ordered items are not at the premises on our agreed scheduled set up date there is an additional $50.00 fee per visit to your location, so make sure everything has arrived as scheduled.
Emergency On Call for your Villa
24 Hour On Call Emergency for your guests: $50.00 Monthly per property - 4 Calls per month maximum then $25 per call thereafter. We'll call out the proper people you indicate in advance. We'll keep a call log of your guests calling our emergency line. Minimum Order is 1 month but you can order multiple months below on your order button. Review Your Advertisements: Monthly Ad Report Monitoring: We'll monitor and tweek your adverts monthly to best help increase leads to your website.
